Great info. I have a couple of kids and am looking to spend some quality time with them in the school holidays. I’m only a couple of hours drive away from the Sunshine Coast and they’ve not yet been to Underwater World so I think I’ll give it a go since they love sea creatures. Thanks for the great site!

My little lady loves home made quesadillas! Really easy and super healthy! A wholemeal pita, refried beans ( it is almost like a paste), grated cheese and avocado. Pop in on the sandwich press, cut into triangles and voila!! She is only fourteen months but inhales them! Her daddy loves them too

Popcorn! It’s healthy, tasty and SUPER SUPER cheap when you have a popcorn machine. The kids love eating it and watching it pop.
Added bonus: it doesn’t need to be kept cold.

Frozen mango cheeks and frozen berries defrost just enough to be delicious cool morning tea. Tiger sandwiches (vegemite with cheese strips) are a lunch favorite!

Milk in a thermos flask! Hot drink in winter and ice cold in summer. And every now and then we jazz it up with a teaspoon of Nesquick powder.
